In 2014, Beverly Yacht Club developed a Safety Plan for BYC Club Racing.  Components of this plan will be printed on the laminated chart available for racing skippers to take aboard their boats.

  

We ask that you please take the time to read the entire  “BYC Safety Protocol," which is a helpful guide for Race Officers (as they consider the safety implications of race management) as well as for the skippers and crew in our racing fleets (if they should find themselves in an emergency situation on the water).  Remember: these safety guidelines can only help if we are all familiar with them!
